About Me
I currently serve as the Assessor for Baldwin, Cornell, and Maple Ridge Townships in Delta County, Michigan. My role is to ensure fair, accurate, and transparent property assessments for all residents—supporting local governance, public services, and taxpayer equity.
I grew up in Cornell Township, and the Upper Peninsula has always been more than just home—it’s where I learned the value of community, hard work, and looking out for your neighbors. That sense of place shapes everything I do. Whether I’m refining a policy, updating a form, or helping a resident understand their assessment notice, I approach it with care, clarity, and respect.
With a background in civic communication and data-driven decision-making, I specialize in making complex topics like property taxes, exemptions, and land division policies easier to understand. This site is designed to keep you connected—offering timely notices, helpful resources, and answers to common questions.
I believe in ethical service, clear communication, and empowering residents with the tools and information they need. If you ever have a question or concern, I’m here to help.
